Medication Management with Therapy
OPTIMIZE YOUR CARE
Medication management is most effective when paired with psychotherapy. While medications can help stabilize symptoms, therapy provides the tools and strategies to manage life’s challenges, address underlying issues, and build long-term resilience. We encourage patients to combine medication management with regular therapy sessions for the best outcomes. Together, your provider and therapist create a coordinated plan that supports your overall mental health and well-being.
