Michigan Advanced Psychiatry provides Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine) and IV treatment, Evaluation, and Medication Management services. We are here to help individuals who are struggling with depression, OCD, anxiety, and ADHD. Deep TMS

TMS is a safe, effective intervention for treatment-resistant depression and OCD. Deep TMS is an advancement over regular TMS with higher response and remission rates.

Spravato & IV Therapy

Spravato and IV therapy are powerful antidepressants used in the office setting to rapidly improve depressive symptoms and silence suicidal thoughts in those with treatment-resistant depression or with acute onset of suicidal thinking or behaviors.

Medication Management

Our medication management program will evaluate the individuals medication needs, make recommendations, and engage in ongoing monitoring.
